The laboratory of the “Millennium” ice cream factory is the central unit of the quality control system within the company’s production chain. Equipped with modern European technologies and high-precision digital equipment, our laboratory ensures control at all stages  from raw material intake to the release of finished products  in compliance with international standards.

The laboratory’s activities are structured in two main areas:

Raw Material Quality Control:
All incoming raw materials and ingredients undergo strict laboratory inspection. Their physicochemical properties, as well as their level of purity and naturalness, are thoroughly analyzed. Only raw materials approved by the laboratory are allowed into production.

Technological Control:
At various stages of ice cream production, all technological parameters are carefully monitored. Before products are released for sale, all physicochemical and organoleptic indicators (taste, color, aroma, consistency, and structure) are tested. This ensures the preservation of a unique and consistent taste profile in every “Millennium” product.

Laboratory analyses are carried out by highly qualified specialists chemical engineers in the food industry. Our staff continuously follows international advancements in their field and participates in professional development programs.
